Returns & Exchanges Policy
At OVME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and beauty purchases. If you are not happy with a product, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our Guest Experience team or visit your local OVME studio with your order number and the product you wish to return.
- 2.Verify Eligibility
Ensure the product is at least 75% full and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a refund or studio credit.
- 3.Pack and Ship
If returning by mail, securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or apply credit to your OVME account.
